Dubnium Business was established in London in 2018 by senior operators: people who have spent their careers running, growing and fixing companies rather than observing them.

We work with companies turning over less than £10 million, the stage at which decisions matter most and headroom for error is smallest. Our consultants have held directorships, board appointments and senior operational posts in the sectors they now advise, and every engagement is led by them personally, from first meeting to final handover.

You will not find biographies or headshots here. We prize discretion, for our clients and for ourselves, and we would rather be judged on the quality of the work.

An examination of the whole business or a single function, with the exact scope of works and the days required set out in a written proposal and agreed in full before we begin. Within weeks you receive a quantified account of where performance is being lost, what each loss is worth and the order in which to recover it, with the evidence shown rather than asserted.

There is no obligation beyond it. Some clients take the findings and deliver themselves; most ask us to stay and implement. Either way, you own a clear-eyed, data-backed picture of the business that instinct alone cannot supply.
