Dubnium Business was founded in London in 2018 on a simple observation: the analytical standard enjoyed by corporates, rigorous measurement, engineered processes and proper governance, was barely available to the businesses that needed it most.

So the firm was built for companies turning over less than £10 million, where the owner's name is often over the door, the capital at risk is personal and the consequences of a wrong decision arrive quickly. Everything about how we work, scopes agreed in writing before we begin, senior-only delivery, evidence before opinion, follows from that choice of client.

Senior-led, always

Every engagement is scoped, led and delivered by senior consultants with fifteen or more years of directorship and board-level operating experience. Between them they have held chief executive, chair and board appointments in operating companies, and they bring that operator's instinct to every engagement. We do not sell partners and send juniors; the people you meet are the people who do the work.

Deliberately discreet

We publish no consultant biographies, and with client permission only do we ever reference an engagement. Many of our clients are competing in small markets where discretion has commercial value. Ours extends to them.

Four disciplines anchor the firm's work. The qualifications behind them are held across the senior team, and they are working credentials, used on engagements rather than framed on walls.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

The senior practitioner grade in process excellence. Black Belt discipline shapes every operational engagement: measured baselines, statistical root cause analysis, verified improvement and control.

CQI & IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

The qualification held by the people who conduct certification audits themselves. We build and repair management systems to the standard external assessors will judge them by.

PRINCE2

Formal programme and project management method. Change is delivered under proper governance: staged plans, managed risk and honest reporting, not enthusiasm and a spreadsheet.

MBA

Postgraduate business education at Master's level: strategy, finance and leadership, applied with an operator's practicality rather than a textbook's.

Alongside the qualifications sit professional membership of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, degrees in computing and mathematics, board directorships across more than ten sectors, and university lecturing in the disciplines we practise.

    We baseline before we recommend, and we quantify the impact of what we change. If a claim cannot be measured, we will say so plainly.
