Our work: Delivery processes mapped and redesigned, client onboarding standardised, workflow and measurement systems built into the toolchain, and the operating rhythm documented so it no longer depended on any one person.

The outcome: A repeatable delivery operation with visible measures, sustained across more than three years of involvement and handed over in working order.

Healthcare & Diagnostics

A national diagnostics services provider

The brief: Establish board-grade corporate governance and quality across a growing clinical services business, at the pace the business was growing.

Our work: An enterprise risk framework built and embedded, an ISO 9001 aligned quality programme with SOPs and process maps, assurance reporting designed for the board, and live assurance dashboards giving directors continuing oversight of risk and corrective actions.

The outcome: Strengthened board oversight, cleaner internal audit outcomes and a governance architecture that scaled with the organisation.

Primary Care

A multi-practice primary care network

The brief: Raise performance against national contract KPIs across a network of practices, each with its own habits, systems and pressures.

Our work: A shared governance rhythm, KPI dashboards and reporting built for practice managers and the network board, multidisciplinary teams coordinated around common processes, and training delivered to embed the new ways of working.

The outcome: KPI achievement rose on the strength of better reporting and coordination, and recorded incidents fell as governance interventions took hold.

Private Healthcare

A multi-site private healthcare group

The brief: Provide senior operational leadership through a period of significant organisational change, holding the line while structures caught up with growth.

Our work: Interim head of operations: scheduling and capacity management, workforce productivity, process standardisation across sites, and documented procedures where custom and memory had previously served.

The outcome: Steadier day-to-day operations, documented ways of working, and a clean handover to the permanent structure.

Fintech

A fintech foundation, South East Asia

The brief: Structure marketing and operations around a product launch in an emerging market, with a small team and no room for wasted effort.

Our work: Route to market defined, operational processes designed and documented, partner activity coordinated, and measurement put in place so the team could see what was working while there was still time to adjust.

The outcome: An organised launch operation and a set of processes the in-country team could run without us.

A media conversion and digitisation business

The brief: Build and run a founder-led business over the long term, as partner and director rather than visiting adviser.

Our work: Eight years of hands-on directorship across two operating locations: production processes engineered, repetitive work automated, systems introduced for order handling and fulfilment, and the numbers watched weekly.

The outcome: A business that ran on documented process and measurement rather than heroics, and the operating experience that now informs every Dubnium engagement.

You will find no client logos, named testimonials or headline percentages on this page. Our clients compete in small markets where discretion has commercial value, and results torn from their context flatter the consultant more than they inform the buyer.
