Our work: An enterprise risk framework built and embedded, an ISO 9001 aligned quality programme with SOPs and process maps, assurance reporting designed for the board, and live assurance dashboards giving directors continuing oversight of risk and corrective actions.
The outcome: Strengthened board oversight, cleaner internal audit outcomes and a governance architecture that scaled with the organisation.

The brief: Raise performance against national contract KPIs across a network of practices, each with its own habits, systems and pressures.
Our work: A shared governance rhythm, KPI dashboards and reporting built for practice managers and the network board, multidisciplinary teams coordinated around common processes, and training delivered to embed the new ways of working.
The outcome: KPI achievement rose on the strength of better reporting and coordination, and recorded incidents fell as governance interventions took hold.
