How Dubnium Business Limited collects, uses and protects personal information. Last updated: 11th July 2026.

Who we are:

Dubnium Business Limited ("Dubnium Business", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11534166, with our registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF. You can contact us by telephone on 020 7112 8258, in writing to the registered office above, or through the enquiry form on our contact page.

Information we collect:

We collect personal information only where it is needed:

  • Enquiry form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, indicative turnover band, area of interest and the content of your message.
  • Correspondence: information you provide if you contact us by telephone or post.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and diagnostics.
  • Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregated usage data as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information:

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about our services (legal basis: your consent given when submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
  • Administer, secure and improve this website (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • Understand how the website is used, only where you have accepted analytics cookies (legal basis: consent).
  • Comply with legal obligations that apply to us (legal basis: legal obligation).

Sharing your information:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Information is shared only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: our website hosting provider (Krystal Hosting Ltd, based in the United Kingdom), our email provider, and Google, which processes limited data when reCAPTCHA protects the enquiry form and, with your consent, when Google Analytics is active. Where Google processes data outside the United Kingdom, transfers take place under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law, including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it:

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and in any event for no more than twenty-four months after our last contact unless a client relationship has been established or the law requires longer retention. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on a rolling short-term basis.

Your rights:

Under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate information corrected and, in certain circumstances, have information erased.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, particular processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.
  • Receive certain information in a portable format.
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.

Cookies:

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. Full details, including how to change your choice at any time, are in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to this policy:

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date of last revision, will always be published on this page. Last updated: 11th July 2026.
